Tudors 3 premieres in New Zealand

An intriguing article by the New Zealand Herald was recently released.

Jonny says:
"I look like a pretty intense person," reasons the actor. "I've got big eyes and so they seem more intense than they really are. And for some people it's, you know, almost harrowing. But I try my best to be as convivial as possible."

Mandrake project update

ComingSoon has announced that Hayden Christensen will now fill the role of Mandrake in the film adaptation of the comic Mandrake the Magician, a role that was once rumored to be JRM's.

Jonny has a lot of projects in the works already for the coming year, so I'm sure we'll hear news of other films to take the place of this one!

Look for JRM on the golf courses!

In an interview with the Herald, Jonny reveals that he did not go to rehab as rumored several months ago and that he's "quite a boring guy." In fact, he spent the last week and a half playing golf!

"I just felt I needed time off and I didn't need to go to awards ceremonies," Jonathan explained.

"You can get slightly waylaid as an actor doing that sort of thing and I'm never that comfortable at them anyway."

...

"People say that the film industry is a very competitive industry, but I don't see my enemy," he laughs.

He's looking forward to the next 20 years of his career, saying he hasn't even started yet.
